"Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service.
"Services" refers to the services that we provide.

"CodeDaddy" refers to our group of developers.

3. Children Usage Restriction

Children or Person under the age of 18 Years are strictly prohibited to use our services.

Children or Person under the age of 18 Years use of site or internet activities belongs to Parents responsibilities.
Children or Person under the age of 18 Years cannot use of Membership or Purchase section of the site.

4. Refund Rules

Please take into account that unlike physical goods, digital goods cannot be returned. However, we have created refund rules for the protection of buyer on our site to serve the trust and better services.
You can request a refund of an item within 15 days after your purchase via our email codedaddyhelp[at]gmail[dot]com with your transaction id.
Refund to buyer must follow below rules :
- We accept refund only if any item will not working as advertised and you reach us for the support but our team are unable to solve the problem. (Note : Every server behaves different, at that time only in some cases our developers can ask you to provide temporary FTP access or temporary CPanel credentials to look deeper into your server for solving the issues you are facing)
- We accept refund only if you purchased the same item twice. In that case we refund your duplicate purchase.
- We accept refund only if you upgraded the license from regular license to extended license. In that case you have to purchase extended license first and then reach us on email which we shared above and provide your transaction ids for both extended and regular license. After that we will refund your regular license amount on paypal. (Note : We do not accept refund if you downgraded the license from extended to regular license)
- We do not accept refund if you do not provide enough information why do you want to refund the item.
- We do not accept refund if you do not have the knowledge of using the item. (Note : However our team will install free of cost all the script on your server but in that case we need temporary FTP access or temporary CPanel credentials)
- We do not accept refund if you purchased the item mistakenly.
- We do not accept refund if you do not want the item anymore or did not meet upto your expectations.( Note : Why ? Because all the items are live with working demo mode. It's your responsibility to check and test the every single item before purchase)
- We do not accept refund if refund request is more than 15 days from your purchase.

5. Amendments

We may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. When we amend this Refund Policy, we will update this page accordingly and require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our services.

We reserved all the rights in past, in present and in future. By using our services means you agreed with all of our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions as well as Refund Policy.
